Palmetto Infusion Announces Leadership Transition: Tim Hadley Named CEO

COLUMBIA, S.C., JANUARY 30, 2025 – Palmetto Infusion, a leading provider of infusion therapy services, announces a significant leadership transition as Tim Hadley assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer. Tim succeeds David Goodall, who is retiring from the position after nearly a decade of extraordinary leadership.
Tim Hadley, who joined Palmetto Infusion as President in early 2024, brings extensive leadership experience and a forward-thinking vision for the company’s future. Since joining, Tim has led initiatives to modernize operations, enhance patient care, and strengthen relationships with partners, positioning Palmetto Infusion for sustained growth.
“Tim is a visionary leader who embodies the qualities that make Palmetto Infusion exceptional,” said Gary Cooper, Executive Chairman of Palmetto Infusion. “His innovative thinking, dedication to patient care, and ability to inspire collaboration make him the perfect choice to lead Palmetto into the future.”
As CEO, Tim will focus on continuing Palmetto Infusion’s vision of restoring health and hope while driving innovation and expanding access to care across the company’s growing footprint.
“David has been an incredible leader and mentor,” said Tim Hadley. “The foundation he built at Palmetto is extraordinary, and I am honored to carry it forward. Together with this amazing team, I’m excited about the future and the opportunities ahead for our patients and communities.”
As Palmetto Infusion looks forward to the future under Tim’s leadership, the organization also honors the remarkable legacy of David Goodall.
David’s tenure as CEO began in 2016 under extraordinary circumstances, following the loss of co-founder and CEO Mike Busbee. Over the years, David guided Palmetto Infusion through some of the most pivotal moments in healthcare, including the COVID-19 pandemic, industry-wide staffing shortages, and times of social and political uncertainty.
During his leadership, Palmetto Infusion expanded its footprint, strengthened its culture, and deepened its commitment to patient advocacy. His steady leadership earned him national recognition as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2021, a testament to his ability to lead with clarity, compassion, and integrity.
“David’s leadership has been instrumental in shaping Palmetto Infusion into the resilient, values-driven organization it is today,” said Gary Cooper. “We are deeply grateful for his vision, his commitment to our mission, and the lasting impact he’s had on our patients, employees, and communities.”
Although David is retiring from his role as CEO, he will remain a key part of Palmetto Infusion as a board participant and consultant, continuing to provide his valuable insights and guidance.
Under Tim Hadley’s leadership, Palmetto Infusion is poised to build on its strong foundation and continue its mission of restoring health and hope. Tim’s collaborative approach, innovative vision, and commitment to excellence will drive the company to new heights in delivering exceptional care to patients across its growing footprint.
