Your doctor will send us orders and an intake nurse will call within a couple of days to confirm your prescription and insurance information.

We’ll coordinate with your doctor and insurance to obtain any pre-authorizations.

A patient account specialist will call to discuss potential financial responsibility and assistance options prior to your appointment.

A scheduler will call to set the first appointment.

Arrive 15 minutes early for the first appointment to complete paperwork and pay copay, if applicable.

Bring insurance cards, photo ID, and medications list with dosage and frequency.
