Our streamlined Plans of Treatment feature improvements that will help providers and staff spend less time on paperwork, reduce redundant work, and increase efficiency when referring a patient to Palmetto Infusion or AccuRX.
What’s new?
- Improved, easy-to-fill-out one-page plans
- Option to proactively indicate insurance-mandated biosimilar on applicable Plans of Treatment
- Updated ICD-10 codes
- Drug-specific information to provide important details, indicate any washout periods, and new dose approval continuation
- Single-select feature to reduce chance of error
- IV and oral medications are separated for ease of ordering
To refer or transfer your patient to Palmetto Infusion, simply:
- Visit palmettoinfusion.com
- Select “Plans of Treatment”
- Choose State from the dropdown menu
- Complete appropriate plan
- Upload online or fax plan of treatment and supporting documents to 1.866.872.8920 (Palmetto Infusion) or 1.866.990.3192 (AccuRX)
