Directions

To get to Palmetto Infusion’s Sumter clinic from Highway 378, going toward Columbia, turn onto Highway 467 or Carter Road. Make the first right onto Alamosa Drive, then turn right and go toward the first building closest to Highway 378. If you reach Gunnison Circle, you’ve gone too far.

To get to the clinic from Highway 378 heading toward the City of Sumter, come through the Highway 378 and Highway 204 or Loring Mill Road intersection, and turn right approximately 2,000ft into the clinic’s parking lot. You will pass the clinic before you turn.
