CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) today announced that S.C.-based infusion service provider Palmetto Infusion will be included in its preferred provider network to increase access to quality care for home infusion patients and their families across South Carolina.
Beginning the week of May 16, MUSC will be utilizing Palmetto Infusion’s services, for patients in need of home and/or ambulatory infusion therapies, to provide individuals living with acute and chronic illnesses a convenient, more affordable way to receive treatment. This affiliation exemplifies both organizations’ shared commitment to providing the best care where patients live, work and play.
