FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Palmetto Infusion, alongside the Greater Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce, celebrated the opening of a new ambulatory infusion clinic in Fayetteville, North Carolina, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and Open House event on Oct. 19, 2022.

This new clinic, located at 2301 Robeson Street, Suite 302, in the City of Fayetteville, is the newest Palmetto Infusion location in North Carolina, making this clinic the ninth Palmetto Infusion in the state.

“Our mission is to restore health and hope to patients who live with acute and chronic conditions,” Palmetto Infusion Chief Real Estate Officer Thomas Otis said during the ribbon-cutting ceremony. “Our centers provide great access to people for these life-changing therapies, and the communities that we’ve gone into have really benefited from that. We are delighted to open our first center in Fayetteville, and we look forward to serving the patient needs of this community and the surrounding areas for years to come. We always look for an opportunity to bring accessible care to places our patients live and work, and we’re happy to do that in Fayetteville.”

The 2,733-square-foot infusion clinic adds 14 additional chairs to accommodate the ever-increasing need for accessible ambulatory infusion services. These services are not only cost-effective for patients and payers but also are administered with the patient’s comfort and convenience in mind.

Each clinic offers reclining chairs, warm blankets, complementary WiFi, snacks, and TVs. Patient services include exemplary clinical patient care, emotional consoling with Palmetto Infusion’s Patient Advocate, insurance coordination, financial assistance programs, treatment education, and 24/7 clinical support.
